If your Pi is networked you can SSH into it with Putty
http://www.chiark.greenend.org.uk/~sgtatham/putty/

Connect to hostname “RETROPIE” , select SSH, the l/p is pi/raspberry

Then you can edit the file with
“sudo nano /opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch.cfg”
