On July 30, 2025, the U.S. Executive Order “Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment For All Countries” came into effect. This removes the previous duty exemption for low-value packages and introduces new procedural requirements that are still being defined by U.S. Customs and the United States Postal Service. You may want to make sure your sd card is supported. You may also have to run it through sdformatter if it has bad sectors. If you have another sd card to test that would be good just to eliminate that variable.
