RetroPie-Setup has a gpsp-libretrocore now for rpi2.
Close EmulationStation with “F4” and type:

cd RetroPie-Setup
sudo git pull
sudo ./retropie_setup.sh

Select ‘experimental packages’ and ‘gba libretrocore gpsp’
