On July 30, 2025, the U.S. Executive Order “Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment For All Countries” came into effect. This removes the previous duty exemption for low-value packages and introduces new procedural requirements that are still being defined by U.S. Customs and the United States Postal Service. Sounds like power issues, either the PSU or the usb cable. I had the same problem a while ago and turned out to be the usb cable, the cheap ones can cause issues.
