On July 30, 2025, the U.S. Executive Order “Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment For All Countries” came into effect. This removes the previous duty exemption for low-value packages and introduces new procedural requirements that are still being defined by U.S. Customs and the United States Postal Service. As far as I know, you can’t force scale. What you can do however, is force the output of the Pi to eg. 720p or so, so that it basically fits for most of your displays.
