On July 30, 2025, the U.S. Executive Order “Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment For All Countries” came into effect. This removes the previous duty exemption for low-value packages and introduces new procedural requirements that are still being defined by U.S. Customs and the United States Postal Service. I would like to do full customizable skins (with widget maybe…weather/clock) for retropie but I don’t know how to start?
did it have a little tutorials/howto?
– I would like to add video in background or video intro
– MP3 when I select videoconsole or MP3 background
– change selection of video console (at the top for example instead at the middle)
