assigning xbox controllers to 2 different retropie setups?

ok, so i have 2 retropie setups, both on raspberry pi 2’s,

1; consoles
2; computers

now both are always on, but i want to use 2 xbox wireless controllers for the console one, and 1 xbox wireless controller for the computer one.
is there anyway i can assign the 2 white controllers to only work/connect to the console retropie? and then assign the black controller to only work/connect to the computer retropie?
