On July 30, 2025, the U.S. Executive Order “Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment For All Countries” came into effect. This removes the previous duty exemption for low-value packages and introduces new procedural requirements that are still being defined by U.S. Customs and the United States Postal Service. Ahh… I’m building an arcade machine too, but my monitor has VGA output and I needed a converter. From China. It was about 3 months to arrive. You’re lucky. But do every emulator work? That’s my biggest problem :/ Sometimes some work, some don’t.
