For running the RetroPie Setup Script you can follow the guide at https://github.com/retropie/RetroPie-Setup or the description at https://www.petrockblock.com/2012/07/22/retropie-setup-an-initialization-script-for-retroarch-on-the-raspberry-pi/ (which is not 100% up-to-date wrt. the described menu).
The command for getting the recent version of the RetroPie Script is
git clone git://github.com/petrockblog/RetroPie-Setup.git
