Right – well after 20mins of looking I cant find anything in libretro that will auto flip screen when a player dies. Just a manual method using the RGUI.
Which would mean using the hotkeys to bring up the menu, rotate it, then close menu, about 4 button presses I guess.
Maybe the guys on the libretro forums have more info.
