This removes the previous duty exemption for low-value packages and introduces new procedural requirements that are still being defined by U.S. Customs and the United States Postal Service. After I ran the patch from the “autofire on axis” post, the retropie sees my Xin-Mo as two controllers. Should I maybe try to start all from scratch ( reinstall retoroppie) and see if it works without the patch?
