I wouldn’t worry about doing that, it would just beasier for you to create a folder called unused in the ROM directory and then move all the folders you don’t use into that unused folder. Problem solved. Then when you want to use those emulators again just pull the folder back out into the main ROMs folder. That way you don’t have to mess with configs.
