On July 30, 2025, the U.S. Executive Order “Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment For All Countries” came into effect. This removes the previous duty exemption for low-value packages and introduces new procedural requirements that are still being defined by U.S. Customs and the United States Postal Service. Thanks for the help, but I’ve gotten my rom’s onto the correct folders, however once I go onto the ScummVM app to try to add the games, It will not let me click on the rom files. I don’t know if there is a way to fix this.
