On July 30, 2025, the U.S. Executive Order “Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment For All Countries” came into effect. This removes the previous duty exemption for low-value packages and introduces new procedural requirements that are still being defined by U.S. Customs and the United States Postal Service. I’ve never been able to change for the default skin. I’ve been using XBMC since it was XBMP on the original Xbox and always stayed with he default. I loved Project Mayhem but really like Confluence too.
