On July 30, 2025, the U.S. Executive Order “Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment For All Countries” came into effect. What emulators you using? it seams many of them don’t support analog joysticks. Mame and pfba are the only ones that do out of the box. Psx you have to enable in the emulator GUI. Their is a way to fake it with dpad as analog
