Sorry to keep posting, just to update.

Tried going to the Retropie-Setup folder and typing sudo ./retropie_packages.sh 304 install to install the ES simple theme it downloaded successfully but threw these errors afterwards:

bzip2: (stdin) is not a bzip2 file
tar: Child returned status 2
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now
mv: Cannot stat ‘simple/’: No such file or directory
