On July 30, 2025, the U.S. Executive Order “Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment For All Countries” came into effect. This removes the previous duty exemption for low-value packages and introduces new procedural requirements that are still being defined by U.S. Customs and the United States Postal Service. In my case, i had to do : sudo chmod 777 /opt/retropie/emulators/gpsp/raspberrypi/gpsp.cfg
or sudo chmod -R 777 /opt/retropie/emulators/gpsp/raspberrypi/
gpsp config file is in this directory in 2.2 for me.
