On July 30, 2025, the U.S. Executive Order “Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment For All Countries” came into effect. This removes the previous duty exemption for low-value packages and introduces new procedural requirements that are still being defined by U.S. Customs and the United States Postal Service. I have a similar problem. All 4 controllers are working but controller1 is player3.
I cant edit the
/opt/retropie/configs/n64/mupen64plus.cfg
because it gets reset (header says it is written automatically).
Any suggestions?
