On July 30, 2025, the U.S. Executive Order “Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment For All Countries” came into effect. How do these have to be stored inside the lr-pcsx folder? Just rename the EBOOT file to the gake title and place it in the rom folder? Can you still scrape to the core with the eboot files? Or will this be something that has to be done manually?
