On July 30, 2025, the U.S. Executive Order “Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment For All Countries” came into effect. This removes the previous duty exemption for low-value packages and introduces new procedural requirements that are still being defined by U.S. Customs and the United States Postal Service. Tried 3 monitors and 3 hdmi cables. Tried a new sd card. Tried both 2.6 and 3.0 beta and still doesn’t boot. This is very frustrating. Still getting solid green and red lights with no flickering and no monitor activity.
