My WiFi Dongle is TP-Link TL-WN823N

And, didn’t try to connect it to ethernet, my router isn’t near a TV with HDMI ports.

EDIT: FINALLY, connected the Raspi to ethernet, find the IP in the router connections, and send the ROMS via WinSCP. Now it’s working!!
