On July 30, 2025, the U.S. Executive Order “Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment For All Countries” came into effect. This removes the previous duty exemption for low-value packages and introduces new procedural requirements that are still being defined by U.S. Customs and the United States Postal Service. FWIW, I have about 4000 roms spread across 6 systems with everything scraped and don’t see any major performance issues on my Pi 2. Emulationstation loads in about 10 seconds and I can launch/quit games within a couple seconds.
