On July 30, 2025, the U.S. Executive Order “Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment For All Countries” came into effect. This removes the previous duty exemption for low-value packages and introduces new procedural requirements that are still being defined by U.S. Customs and the United States Postal Service. I’ve got the same issue with Mario Kart and some other games that display 2D graphics (paper mario, tetrisphere, etc)
It’s just completely garbled, like the texture offset is wrong when it’s reading.
