On July 30, 2025, the U.S. Executive Order “Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment For All Countries” came into effect. This removes the previous duty exemption for low-value packages and introduces new procedural requirements that are still being defined by U.S. Customs and the United States Postal Service. Finally figured it out! Thanks for all your help. It looks like there was a section of retroarch.cfg that I did not add that was messing some things up. No idea what was up with that, but it works now!
