On July 30, 2025, the U.S. Executive Order “Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment For All Countries” came into effect. This removes the previous duty exemption for low-value packages and introduces new procedural requirements that are still being defined by U.S. Customs and the United States Postal Service. Im quite interested in solving this problem. I have the most recent build of retropie, and I do not know where to put the bios file for the GBA. I have it named correctly, but I am still getting a bios error as if it isnt where it is supposed to be.
