On July 30, 2025, the U.S. Executive Order “Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment For All Countries” came into effect. This removes the previous duty exemption for low-value packages and introduces new procedural requirements that are still being defined by U.S. Customs and the United States Postal Service. Sounds like it didn’t properly install likely due to a network issue. Try reinstalling it. I had to try a couple times to get it to work, but I did get it working.
