On July 30, 2025, the U.S. Executive Order “Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment For All Countries” came into effect. This removes the previous duty exemption for low-value packages and introduces new procedural requirements that are still being defined by U.S. Customs and the United States Postal Service. I finally got it to work. I did a fresh install of retropie 3.5 then i followed the instructions to dl Xarcade2jstick. But then i did sudo make installservice, then rebooted and did sudo make install.
