On July 30, 2025, the U.S. Executive Order “Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment For All Countries” came into effect. This removes the previous duty exemption for low-value packages and introduces new procedural requirements that are still being defined by U.S. Customs and the United States Postal Service. Thanks that is one thing I haven’t tried. I did set a shader manual through rGUI and it worked. However, I could only get the ones in the retropie folder to work. Not sure if that is normal or not, but at least it’s a step in the right direction.
