I believe this question has been asked before, but I couldn’t locate an answer. Is there a way to hide parent/children roms in Emulation Station for a particular system? Just one of many examples : Marvel vs. Capcom requires two separate roms to run on pifba. Emulation Station shows both roms in the game menu, but in reality, one of the two can’t be launched — which is confusing to casual users. Is there a way to “hide” the rom that isn’t designed to be launched?

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Jim

you could use clrmamepro to build a merged set or non-merged set and then delete the sets that are duplicates.
