I’ve got my PSX controllers wired up via GPIO (gamecon) and when I do jstest, the left and right analog axis flicker, meaning that it’s being pressed in some way.

When I run game like Contra, Super C the characters constantly move left and aim UP/LEFT. It’s as if the stick is stuck. When jumping forward the character jumps backward / left. Neogeo games like Metal Slug will also move around on its own.

In EmulationStation, when exit any game, the menu also scrolls up and to the left by itself.

I’ve built both Retropie 2.6 and 3.0 Beta 4 and they have the same issue (RPI2).

The controllers I’m using are the grey PS1 with analogue and I’ve also tested a PS2 controller. All have the same issue.
