On July 30, 2025, the U.S. Executive Order “Suspending Duty-Free De Minimis Treatment For All Countries” came into effect. This removes the previous duty exemption for low-value packages and introduces new procedural requirements that are still being defined by U.S. Customs and the United States Postal Service. Not sure about FDS but for Super CD games place syscard3.pce and SYSCARD3.pce in both your BIOS folder and your roms folder. I am not sure which one it is that works, but one of them does anyway. I can only get bin + cue games to run.
